- The Tamil word ‘Korvai’ means ‘In Sync’. As simple as it sounds, this ancient method is the true symbol of the Kanjivaram silk saree and Yes, at Singhania’s we are very proud of our Korvai collection. In weaving a Korvai saree the weaver is manually attaching the body part of the saree with the borders.
